This Memorandum of Intent for Collaboration formalizes cooperation and facilities collaboration. SPEA and ENAP agree to promote programs and projects that foster cooperation, including educational initiatives, research, and training of the community of undergraduate and graduate students, civil servants, and specialists in public policy in Brazil and in the United States.
